Custom software and AI engineering for law firms.

Dyvaris is a boutique software engineering and consulting firm. Our team brings years of experience in large-firm law practice, and software engineering at leading tech companies. We build things you can’t buy anywhere else. We fill gaps between off-the-shelf SaaS and generic offshore developer shops.

What we build

Systems designed around your workflow.

Dyvaris builds bespoke software that improves your firm’s processes.

01

Business intelligence

Turn your data into better, faster decisions. We take particular pride in building systems that give firms a competitive edge over opposing counsel and other firms in their space.

02

High-leverage AI

We integrate AI where it adds value, and in ways that meet your firm's security goals and client-confidentiality duties. We can choose the right models for what you want to accomplish, and configure them in a way that protects your data and clients' confidentiality.

03

Sensitive niches

Some workflows are too sensitive to entrust to a SaaS vendor or AI lab. In these cases we can build a closed system, where all data and code remain within your firm. We sign NDAs for all projects.

04

Data consolidation

Structured tools that bring fragmented information into one reliable, well-modeled place you can trust.

05

Systems integration

Connecting the tools you already depend on so information moves cleanly between them, without manual re-entry.

06

Operational automation

Removing repetitive, error-prone manual work that quietly consumes billable and administrative time.

Why Dyvaris

Engineering that understands the practice.

Law-firm fluency

Dyvaris works only with US law firms. If you work with us, you won't spend time explaining basic concepts like confidentiality, privilege, or work product as you might have to with a generic software development shop.

Control

Your firm retains control of its data, its infrastructure choices, and the resulting code — rather than becoming permanently dependent on an opaque SaaS vendor.

Engineering rigor

High standards for reliability, security, and maintainability, held to fast and disciplined execution and clear communication throughout.

Data & security

Your data is treated as your data.

Client information is the most sensitive material a firm holds. We design systems that respect that from the first decision onward.

01

Not a product input

Your data is treated as your data. It is not sold, and it is not used to train AI models.

02

Infrastructure you control

Systems can be architected so your firm retains meaningful control over where data is stored and how it is accessed.

03

Security as a design concern

Access control, least privilege, and minimizing breach exposure are first-order design decisions — not features bolted on at the end.

How we work

Understand first. Find high-value problems.

We strive to understand how your firm works, and where tech can add value.

  1. 01

    Understand

We start by learning how your firm operates, and where tech can solve your highest-value problems. We aim to identify something important to your firm that we can improve by at least 3x, as a rule of thumb. We generally bill hourly for this phase and work under a confidentiality agreement.

  2. 02

    Design

We design around your firm's focal points and constraints. If we're aware of an existing product that already meets your needs, we'll tell you so.

  3. 03

    Build and iterate

We build in tight, reviewable increments, adjusting as the system meets the practice. We prioritize delivering a prototype quickly, and communicating frequently to improve its impact rapidly.

  4. 04

    Productionize

After we're confident that the prototype achieves the project's goals, we harden the system for long-term production deployment, ensuring it is reliable, secure, and maintainable.

  5. 05

    Maintain and support

We support and maintain deployed projects as needed for a monthly retainer. We prioritize portability of the codebase, so that you can also maintain the code in-house or with another vendor on your choice of hosting platform.

A workflow that has outgrown its tools, an operational bottleneck, or a system your firm depends on but no longer trusts. If it’s a fit, we’ll take it from there.
